Had an excellent experience living at Solaire, cannot recommend this place more. Alison on the leasing team was super helpful from the very beginning, and was able to get us the unit we wanted on the date we wanted. The front desk staff was always very kind and helpful, and the building always felt secure. Unlike other (even similar high-rise buildings), the elevators, halls, and united smelled clean and were always tidy. I can’t thank Jeana and Tiffany from the leasing office enough. Thanks to their professional and enthusiastic assistance, the leasing process and my move-in went incredibly smoothly. They even worked overtime to get everything ready for me. The apartment’s overall amenities are excellent—it’s safe, clean, and quiet. With its unbeatable ocean views, the living experience has been fantastic. I’m so grateful!
I’m a resident at Solaire and just wanted to say Jeana has been amazing. She’s always friendly, responsive, and willing to help. She’s even helped me arrange parking for visiting friends, which makes a big difference. Really appreciate her!
Solaire is a great community, perfectly located near the heart of SF and by the Bay bridge. The staff is very friendly, specifically Jeana at the Leasing office. She made sure everything went smoothly with my move-in, answered all my questions and is super-approachable once you're all settled. I highly recommend this building if you're looking to move to Rincon Hill
