Don't give them your primary email if you get an apartment here, they flood it with spam. Also they have a super buggy app that they are switched to to view your monthly bill, it was a somewhat buggy but functional website before, now I can't even login to this stupid app.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the security desk staff, specifically someone named Erwin today, March 24, 2025. He was incredibly rude, dismissive, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of assisting people or providing clear direction, he chose to speak down to visitors and mishandle the situation entirely. His attitude was not only unwelcoming but downright disrespectful. EDIT: a lot of car noise and honing from streets. A lot of construction noise. Air horns and truck honking on weekdays and weekends, starting early till late at night. Will hear from all units Been a resident for 3 years but will look to move out soon. Overall, been good but some issues that make nearby buildings more attractive. 1) persistent construction inside the building for the last 1-2 years. I toured here not too long ago and then signed right after - The complex is great! Enmi was wonderful during the application/leasing process - she was extremely helpful, attentive and quick to answer any questions I had. Maintenance is also very effective, I didn’t have to wait long after putting in my request, and they fixed the issue quickly. The gym is also great, good equipment and nice view (: Also very nice amenities, love the pool table on the 6th floor. Overall, so far so good!
