Great, modern apartment with a lot of amenities. No complaints as of my first 3 months here!
Love living here! The staff are awesome — super friendly and fast. They fixed my kitchen sink leak within 24 hours (on a Saturday!) even though it turned out to be my own user error for not using the garbage disposal right . The building’s always clean, eco-conscious, and in the best spot — right in downtown SF near all the shops, food, and events. Couldn’t ask for a better place!
We had a fantastic experience renting our new apartment! Jeana from the leasing office was incredibly kind and responsive, guiding us through the entire process with clear and prompt answers to all our questions. The front desk and mail room staff are always polite and friendly, making every interaction pleasant. After moving in, we submitted a few work orders, and the maintenance team addressed them quickly and efficiently.
