Had an excellent experience living at Solaire, cannot recommend this place more. Alison on the leasing team was super helpful from the very beginning, and was able to get us the unit we wanted on the date we wanted. The front desk staff was always very kind and helpful, and the building always felt secure. Unlike other (even similar high-rise buildings), the elevators, halls, and unit smelled clean and were always tidy. Already lived at Solaire for more than 6months, in a 10th-floor unit, and had a genuinely great time. The rooms are well designed with big windows, well soundproofed (never heard anything from next door), and I loved the natural light and views. The location is unbeatable too - near the Embarcadero and Ferry Building, with coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby, and just 10 minutes from most of SF's evening tech events on Luma, a huge plus for me. I’ve been here for a few months and I've had a fantastic experience living at Solaire so far. The office and leasing team have been extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the beginning, which made the move-in process and overall experience very smooth. The concierge and security team have also been excellent — professional, attentive, and always pleasant to interact with. 1 Star — Ongoing garage access issues and unacceptable evening/night front desk service I have lived at Solaire for over a year, and the experience has become increasingly frustrating, especially because of repeated issues with the garage and the lack of support from the evening/night staff. The garage door and garage opener system are unreliable. My garage opener only works intermittently, and this has happened repeatedly. Ive had a fantastic experience so far. 6 months in and great team, very responsive, have never had any issues. Perfect location that's safe, walkable, and a lot nearby. Have recommended to friends.
