We had a fantastic experience renting our new apartment! Jeana from the leasing office was incredibly kind and responsive, guiding us through the entire process with clear and prompt answers to all our questions. The front desk and mail room staff are always polite and friendly, making every interaction pleasant. After moving in, we submitted a few work orders, and the maintenance team addressed them quickly and efficiently. This building was great and the location was convenient for working in FiDi. The management, leasing, and maintenance here is very reliable. Move out process was a breeze and very fair. I would definitely rent from this property or other greystar properties again. 10/10

EDIT1: a lot of car noise and honing from streets. A lot of construction noise. Air horns and truck honking on weekdays and weekends, starting early till late at night. Will hear from all units EDIT2: although the lease contract says to return unit in broom swept condition, Solaire charged a $300 cleaning fee and $100 repair fee (both are not sure for what as the placed was cleaned prior to departure. it was not explained).
