This is one of the most well kept senior buildings in this area. I have been quite pleased with my apartment. And the neighbors are friendly, the staff is very attentive and professional. I couldn't think of a better place for independent seniors. I nearly forgot to add the size of the apartment is fantastic, you don't have to feel crowded. Also a very large balcony and adequate storage. Our building and grounds are very safe. Thank you Solaire.👍👍👍♥️
Activities for seniors, people are nice, provides a neighborhood type environment.

I currently live in the Solaire Apartments and have noticed how professional and friendly the staff has been. Shannon is the Assistant manager/ manager; until upper management can find a permanent manager. She has been remarkable in keeping the apartment together handling the day to day operation of a 62 + senior citizen community.
