RecommendedI adored Vivian, the manager! She was always so sweet and helpful! The price was a bit high for COVID closing everything down but that really couldn’t be helped. I’ve never lived in an apartment where they cared so much, were so understanding, and proved it. The area is a amazing with so much to do whether by the river or going to the store. And the office staff were always so awesome too, love them all!
Since day one of moving in, staff have been great. If their is a maintenance issue, they always fix same day. Great customer service!

This company has horrible predatory practices.. I came out one morning to find a boot on my car.. Apparently I had fallen 1 month behind on my registration. so they booted my car and demanded 75 dollars in cash to take the boot off. I had to take my kids to school and wasnt expecting this at all to start my morning. so ofcourse the kids were late and I was late for work.. I'm lucky I still have a job.. so anyone who's thinking on moving in should know this. most places will give you a courtesy sticker to let you know. this p... read more

Great place to live! We love the location. Staff is very kind and friendly. I enjoy stopping by the office just to tell them hi. We are also very pleased there is a valet trash service. Olympus Solaire is a very comfortable place to live!
Having lived in a very unsatisfactory apartment complex in the NE heights of ABQ before, I was apprehensive to move into an apartment again. I was recommended to this complex by a friend, and from the moment I started working with the office staff, it has been one of the best experiences of my life! I love the staff here at Olympus! Shelley is my favorite apartment manager I have ever had! Chase and Anna both compliment the management of Shelley. They have great attitudes, even when I come in multiple times a day with questions, concerns, or just to say hi. They are always helpful, and make me feel like I am part of the Olympus family. I enjoy living here because of them and the entire Olympus team!
