Horrible customer service.
The apartments are beautiful and the staff is friendly and professional. Shopping is close by and the views are breathtaking. Yesterday the maintenance staff was shoveling snow and the scraped my windows for me. Thank you for always going above and beyond. Love this place.

Solaire has really gone down hill since we moved in almost 2 years ago. It’s very sad it’s called “luxury apartment living!” It’s far from luxury! You will pay a luxury price, but what you will get is far from luxury!!

Well worth the price. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are very well kept. The management team really care about the tenants needs. If you are considering moving here, read the rules. They unforced the standards and expect all tenants to treat each other with respect.
Amazing place been living here for 2 years now and I enjoy everything about this place. This place has a pool, hot tub, and even a place to barbecue at. Optional garages. Plenty of parking. Etc.
