Have lived here for about 8 months now, a largely positive experience. Far better than my prior apartment complex in terms of amenities, maintenance staff, and unwanted critters (absolutely NO mice or bugs here-thankfully!). Have had a few minor maintenance issues and Omari has been professional, helpful, and quick to resolve them. I'm living here now with my family. We really don't have many complaints. Friendly residents and staff. I would only suggest for Solaire to update the gym. Great location.
UPDATE: Although the building advertises having a 24-hour concierge, this is untrue. They've discontinued concierge service from 11pm to 7am and never announced this to tenants. I only found this out after having a late-night issue and getting no assistance. The Solaire was once a desirable building--but under Washington Property Management the experience has plummeted. For example, the water has been shut off about TEN times in the past nine months for repeated (often last-minute) repairs. The shut-off periods will last for... read more
