We decided to try Solaia for dinner at the recommendation of a Manhattan couple we met briefly at the Inn at Lake Joseph while out exploring the area during our stay at Resorts Casino. Graciously welcomed into a dining space with a country inn feel, we were immediately impressed with the complementary appetizer of soppressata, provolone and perfectly seasoned crisps along with the bread and olive oil. "The" best restaurant in the area. The dinner my family had was cooked to perfection and the staff was very proficient, courteous and knowledgeable.
Delicious food, very pleasant dining experience and reasonably priced.
I ate here on June 23, 2018. The food was excellent. The staff are very friendly. It's a nice place to have dinner before catching an evening show at Forestburgh Playhouse.
Amazing, delicious food. Our Server Reggie was fabulous. The bartender mixed fabulous drinks. We can’t wait to go back.
