Solaris is beyond amazing. Had a wonderful dinner there a few days ago. The service and food were impeccable. Hope to return there soon.
Great food and great service. We went for New Years Eve dinner and loved everything about it.
We just had our company holiday party here and it was outstanding! The owner and staff were so accommodating to our wants and needs, and they put together an absolutely beautiful party with amazing food for us! We were very pleased!
Had an awesome date with Warren at Solaia in Monticello our Newest Best Pick for fine dining.. Great Ambiance and Service...Best Martinis Highly recommended !!!!!
Lovely eventing at Solaia! We are staying a couple miles down the road at the Inn at Lake Joseph and had a great meal here. The burrata followed by the salmon fettuccini and veal Milanese - all delicious. The two sweet sisters who are part of the family owned business chatted with us after dinner and offered limoncello and homemade grappa. Tutto bene! ��
Amazing on all fronts, food,ambiance, service and the values of having such an fantastic restaurant in Sullivan County. A truly delicious and joyous culinary experience, BRAVO!!
