I received a ************ a few weeks ago by their male masseuse. As a young female it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. He quickly asked me how much I weighed, then told replied by saying "that can't be true". To comment on a women's weight while they are naked and being touched by a man is extremely inappropriate. I bought a Groupon for highlights and haircut for about $93 and paid about $133 extra at the Salon because apparently to get more highlights than just 5 strands it was extra and had gotten a root touch up as well. So in total, I paid more than $230 just for highlights- 5 strands on top and 5 on each side + root touch up and haircut. The root touch-up was obviously my natural hair color and the highlights I chose were dark blonde. I showed the picture to the guy who was doing my hair and he said he can do it. I would like to call out this racist business and owner. I was out of the country and noticed I was charged $126 I called to figure out why I was charged and the owner as well as her stylist were rude and condescending to me a customer. I understand charging a late fee but to charge the full amount and providing no resolution is horrible business practice. Also to yell at me on the phone and be racist is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be going to this business again. Reporting their practice because this isnt fair

This was my first visit to this salon. I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Elvis. Felt completely relaxed afterward. I highly recommend Elvis. I will be back!
I had a fantastic massage while at solaia from Rachel. She listened to what my problem areas were and made sure she addressed them in the massage all while make the experience relaxing. The spa itself was very peaceful and gives you many options of scents and themes to ensure your experience is exactly what you want. They offer you the chance to hang out after as well.

Had an amazing massage with Rachel. I love the atmosphere and was able to relax. I would highly recommend this spa if you are traveling to Downtown Naperville!
I had the most enjoyable relaxing day at the spa. The atmosphere is great! Best spa services I have experienced. I highly recommend the CBD massage with cupping. Also loved the option of having a glass of wine while getting pedicure.
