We found management unsupportive, uncooperative and difficult. We had a concern about inverter noise. After realising that management was not going to work with us to develop a solution we did our own research and find a much better product and outcome. Solarhart Hervey Bay is only interested in selling 'a system' that they expect will fit all customers. And when this system doesn't meet the needs of a customer, too bad.
Five stars for the Solahart team! The installation process was seamless. The crew arrived right on time, were incredibly respectful of my property, and left the site spotless. They took the time to walk me through the monitoring app so I can see exactly how much energy I'm generating in real-time. It’s great to see a company that still takes pride in their craftsmanship. If you're looking for a hassle-free solar transition, these are the guys."
The sales rep was very informative and did not push us into purchasing the product. Installers and electrician were very professional and provided good advise and provided details of the operation system. Would highly recommend Solarhart.
