Great communication, prompt, friendly and efficient service of hot water system. Electrician August answered all my questions about my general solar system as well and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service. Prompt response and not only fixed the problem but went above and beyond to solve another unrelated problem that we had. Happy to recommend this company.
First time I called them at about lunchtime and they managed to send someone out by the end of the day. The second time I called them at 3:30pm and they still had someone there by 4:15. Although it was due to the same issue, it was covered by warranty, and Will the electrician who came out was wonderful. He also helped set up the app so I could see how much solar our panels are producing each day. Absolute legend!! Glad they are our hot water people!
Excellent all round ... product, price and service. I had a Smart Hot Water system installed ..already have 17 panels and Will and Matt installed the system exactly where I wanted and made sure I was happy with progress and final installation location. Electrics were well explained to me and the guys wouldn't leave until they were happy everything was running smoothly. Unfortunately my dodgy telstra line didn't help and dropped out.
