They got me in on the day I called as a consult and I was in south pain for 4 days waking for another oral surgeon to get back to me. After doing my consult Dr. Romero saw I was in so much pain and the level of infection. He did my surgery that day an hour later. He knows the severity of a situation an will take care of it. Dr. Romero and his staff are very caring and professional. Dr. Romero takes his time with explaining everything that needs to be done and I have had great experiences with him. I would highly recommend him.
I was very happy on my visit on February 20th 2023. Everything was explained to me so I knew what was going to happen and I was able to ask questions if needed.
I had a very sad experience during my visit to Solace oral surgery in June 2021. (1) In June 2021, I visited the surgery office for a toothache. Dr. Romero extracted my 30 and 31 teeth at the visit. After reviewing my X-ray, both a dentist and an endodontist said, only one tooth was infected, the other tooth was fine and could be saved. I paid the evaluation fee to Dr. Romero for a professional evaluation. But I did not got a professional and honest opinion. When I woke up, all I could think about was how easy the process was, how comfortable I was during the entire surgery. I was nervous going in but felt great during and after the whole thing. The follow-up care I received made me feel like someone actually truly cared about my safety and well being. Pretty sure I gave the doc a hug afterward..... Dr. Romero, 5 stars isn't enough for his service but that's all FB's got for me to give, well earned! Thanks Doc!
