Dr. Romero got me in asap. I had to have a tooth pulled due to an infected crown. Everyone was awesome!
Went in as an emergency patient yesterday to have an infected wisdom tooth pulled and I waited maybe only 20 minutes to be seen immediately as a walk in, I was terrified as I always have been going to the dentist and considering it was my first time ever being put to sleep and Dr Romero as well as all the rest of the staff were very comforting and personable, had an awesome experience! just want to take the time to thanks Dr. Romero & his staff you guys are wonderful. yesterday I had a teeth surgery. got 3 of my wisdom teeth pull out I was in alot of pain before the surgery. but now I feel great no more pain. the whole experience was great from the moment I arrived Dr. Romero & staff made me feel very comfortable. and now I'm painless. I got a pretty bad infection under a crown that had been put on just two months before. I was in incredible pain and had a severely swollen jaw. Already having been sent to two different offices before coming to Dr. Romero, I was pretty frazzled and confused about my situation. They worked me into an appointment quickly and Dr. Romero was incredibly kind, respectful, and thorough. He helped me understand the severity of an infection I had and was clear about my options. Surgery was painless.
My husband went to Dr. Romero today and finally got the answers needed on what is causing his painful mouth. Even though we got confirmation that he has burning mouth syndrome it is comforting to know we are not going crazy. It is great to finally find a doctor who even knows of this and can help walk him through this condition to ease his pain, Prayers answered for answers today
I can't thank the staff and Dr. Romero enough for my flawless surgery. From my consultation to my surgery day everyone was so helpful and friendly. Surgery went smoothly and I did have to take any pain meds afterwards, I fell like that speaks volumes to Dr. Romero. I would definitely recommend Solace to anyone. Hopefully I won't have to go back, but if I do, I won't dread it. Thanks again everyone!
