It seems that the there is no receptionists as the wait time to actually talk to one is extremely long, I've been on hold for for 30 mins twice as i had called them back an hour later to see if i could get through. There are no available agents that will take your call apparently! Any calls they receive are not important even if you are an existing patient. Not to mention that they are booking 6-10 weeks in advance! I doubt i will get called back! Also no way to leave a message either!!! being a patient there for over 20 yea... read more
Dealt with Amanjot today regarding some hearing issues and blocked ear canal . She was fantastic , and the problem was gone as a result of her professional thoughtfulness work . My experience again at Solace was great .
I have been seeing Dr. Shauna MacIver for many years. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had! Instead of sending you home with meds, she truly gets to the bottom of the issue and will then create a medication plan if needed. She listens, educates, offers resources as needed and never makes me feel like I am understood and heard. I am VERY BLESSED!!!
Words can not describe how amazing Dr Shauna MacIver is. I've been her patient for 17 years, and the care I receive is immeasurable. She is kind, patient, understanding, and most importantly, she listens to your needs and wishes and supports your decisions. I also started seeing Dr. Duncan MacIver who is also great and extremely knowledgeable, solving a problem I faced for many years that no other psychiatrist seemed to be able to figure out. Thank you for all your support over the years.
Heard great things about this place and can’t wait to start to go see them for my self and my newborn.my brother and his wife and his twins go there and they love it so nice and helpful and know what they are doing can’t be more happier to get in with them
