Look elsewhere!! The only positive about this place is the location...Lived there for a year and had a huge pest problem (silverfish in abundance). Would see at least three a day while staying at this property and there was nothing that management or pest control could do to fix that issue. I wasn't the only one experiencing this issue and other pest especially to not be on the first floor. They will paint the walls and put new carpet down around the property to raise the rent $200 dollars after the lease is up. Also, will b... read more

RecommendedI have been here a month and I really love it here so far. I barely hear any one of my neighbors, including the furry ones. I appreciate that even though pets are on the premises, the owners pick up after them. The gym is up to date with monitors and access to the internet on the equipment. The maintenance requests I have placed gets fulfilled within the next day :) . The front desk staff are always helpful when answering any of my questions. I am more than satisfied with Solace apartments.
The size of the apartment is great. The amenities are great for the price.
Nice quiet place to call home. Neighbors are friendly and helpful and pets are kind as well. Lots of things to do. Live and enjoy your time at Solace where it feels like your staying in a resort.
I am really disappointed by the lack of response to my noise complaints. I feel like I'm being avoided and that is unprofessional!!!!!!! Why not deal with the issue...
Management is horrible Everyone is nice until it's time to move out. The apartments are beautiful and I didn't have any major issues while living there. My issue came upon moving out. The manager was rude as ever. I can't believe she has to deal with the public. My suggestion is that they treat people just as good and respectful as they did when they are trying to get your business.
