I was the last appointment of the night... I even finished after close, but that did cause the person giving me my pedicure to speed up or rush through. She continued to take her time even though it was late. And also, for anyone who says they don't clean, I witnessed it first hand the other technicians deep cleaning each station thoroughly! I've never given up on Solace ☺️
I made an appointment over the phone for a gel pedicure. I told the woman who took the appointment that I only had an hour and she said it would not be a problem. I got there early so I could choose my color. My pedicure started over 20 minutes late. The pedicurest the did not know it was a gel pedicure. We had to skip all lotions, massages and the final coat of polish. My toes look like shit and they charged me $38.00. Definitely my last time there.

She offered it twice and told you as you were rummaging through your purse. We always want our clients to feel satisfied when they walk out. What's $38 to us as an establishment when it comes to righting a wrong that we may not have had control over? Again, we do apologize for starting your pedicure so late and will stand by my offer of redoing the service at your earliest convenience
Had trouble with acrylics, they were more than willing to fix the problem! No chips here are the best in town, tons of colors to choose from as well. Thank you for great, consistent service!

Took my daughter in for a mani/pedi because she was a flower girl this past weekend. The women were so nice & treated her so well! We had a great time getting our nails done together & can't wait to come back!
