Edit: The noise problem in Sola24 is really unbearable, so sadly I have to lower the rating. The leasing agent said the building has extra soundproofing, but this is the noisiest apartment I've ever lived in. Noise in the apartment regularly reaches 70+ decibels. There is no way to work from home, and sleeping at night is difficult. The apartment is on a busy street. Cars with very loud exhaust will pass at all hours of the day. A great place to live! I love this building and how it designed and constructed. Very good management, and they are really helpful! Would highly recommend it!
Sola24 is a great place to live. The building is new, units/furnishings are in good condition, the management company is accessible, maintenance is super prompt, location is great. Highly recommend if you are considering Capitol Hill neighborhood!
