I would not recommend moving here if possible. While the location is very nice the hassle of trying to get any basic maintenance request fixed is a full time job. The first 6 weeks I lived here I had multiple problems with the apartment. It took me talking to the leasing office every day for weeks to get some of the issues resolved. They still haven't finished resolving some of the basic issues even after multiple reminders over multiple weeks. My fridge broke and it took multiple weeks for management to replace it.
