I came here today from almost 2 hours away. I was supposed to get my nails done by Nuray, I was in contact with her & told her I was going to be a little late bc there was an accident on the interstate which caused some traffic I couldn't avoid. I think customer service was extremely poor cause I even made it VERY clear that I just came a long way just for her to say WHEN IM THERE that she won't have time to do my nails.
