Bad experience with the Referral Dept. not wanting to expedite a authorization they Health plan. request was sent to via fax on 4/24/2025, she didn't work on the authorization till I call her to follow up. she said that she will work on it before she finish day by 4pm. this is not acceptable from any employee not wanting to help with the authorization for patient treatment.
