I would given a higher rating but didn't because: 1. Very hard to speak to a real person. 2. Even though we had signed our documents we continued to receive emails saying that we hadn't. Took a rather blunt email to them to get those stopped.
Always excellent at quickly responding substantively to query emails about our solar system, SRECs, etc.
If I could give this company a zero, I would. We have been reaching out as well as our broker for months!!! With no response. I do not recommend this company!!
Called customer service to assist with adding direct deposit to my account. Sophia was helpful and patient aiding me with the process. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete. Sophia directed an inquiry to IT to investigate the issue. She professionally communicated to me that she would be following up and would be getting back with the status.
