Everyone at Sol Systems Has been a huge help in an hour getting started with our solar and SRECs. They are fairly quick to get back to us within 24 to 48 hours. The website is easy to navigate. Very happy with our service!
Sophia and Iva were a huge help in getting our solar system registered for SRECs payment. They even went so far as to develop the Solar System Design Document that is required by the District of Columbia from the PepCo interconnection agreement. We certainly didn't expect that level of help, but it was greatly appreciated. I believe our SRECs approval would have still been stuck, as it has been for almost 4 years, without their help. Sol Systems has the option to receive your SREC monthly or yearly. I decided to receive them monthly which requires a direct deposit to your bank account. When I tried to set it up I kept getting a bank not found error. I called Sol Systems and Champagne was able to set the direct transfer for me. Thank You Champagne!! . Much Appreciated.
