This morning, as a family, we were reminiscing about the birth of our youngest son, who came into the world with the help of Joi and Sol Midwifery. We were talking about how Joi remains one of our favorite people in the world, for her role in the birth of our son. This experience was so wonderful for our whole family, and the entire team at Sol Midwifery is deeply appreciated for their help and care. If you have the chance to have them play a role in the birth of your baby, you should absolutely take the opportunity.
Marisol and Joi are both wonderful midwives. They encourage and support in overall wellness for mom and baby. They’ve supported me through 5 home births, some more difficult than others. Their knowledge and expertise are evident and reassuring as they assess the health and wellness after birth, and in evaluating if a transfer is needed or not. I’ve been so grateful to have them by my side for each of my births. They are a great team.

Marisol, Joi, and their birth assistants truly go out of their way to seek to care for their clients well throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum too! They bring a feeling of peace and safety as well as their knowledgeable expertise to every situation, I knew I could trust them and valued that highly.
