Not allowed to see a second clinician if the first one isn’t a good fit not allowed a second opinion so now I’m blacklisted from all SOL clinicians (which is a lot) because of one 45 minute consultation. She didn’t even talk to my current therapist who I have seen the past 2 years or my current psychiatrist who I have seen the past year. . Very unprofessional.one reason she didn’t take me was. , I’m on too many different medications from too many different prescribers. pretty sure thats why I came there and that’s her job.
I definitely recommend SOL MH, all the staff is lovely and actively listens. If you’re new to any mental health services or have used before, even before scheduling they assist with your needs and help finding the best provider for you. Communication is seamless with the Spruce app.
Danielle is an excellent provider and listener for my son’s need. She pays attention to any concerns and addresses them immediately. I am grateful we found her to help our son. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for psychiatric care.
