Years laters later I still have trauma from my experience with Sol. They bought out the previous practice and changed all their locations to Sol. Previous providers were replaced or left on their own. Made a new requirement to enforce monthly in person office appointment regardless if it was needed or not. They see you as a transaction, a fool. From calling to most draining person to make an appointment over the phone to actually being at the appointment you’ll never know what you’ll get but you’ll definitely leave depressed... read more
Admin is friendly and professional, they always greet/recognize me when I come in. Sessions with Jessica have been wonderful! She’s empathetic, a good communicator, and always goes out of her way to send me outside resources. I also love that they have psychiatrists on-site. I’ve struggled with getting refills from my PCP in the past, but they took my concerns seriously and always make sure I get my refills on time.
