I’ve been with my current therapist Tebarak for about a year now and she has to be quite literally the best therapist I’ve ever had. She’s extremely understanding, she listens, but she’s also confrontative in a really good way when needed. You’ll definitely feel safe with someone like her and I highly recommend her especially if you’re coming from an immigrant background, Muslim background, a trauma background, or really any background for that matter.
I have been seeing Tebarak for about a year and a half now. Therapy is something I’ve pushed away for so many years out of fear, anxiety, and shame. I feel so lucky to have found care with T. SOL has always been great to and for me. An easy check in process, a welcome environment, and a wonderful therapist with resources and insight.
WARNING:This place caused harm to a 14 year old with anxiety. They passed her around from therapist to therapist like a hot potato with total disregard for her well being, total disregard for rapport. Then, they lied to her about being able to continue with a therapist so she opens up only to show up for a session and be told that therapist will no longer be able to work with her. Lies, abandonment. Stay away. Sol mental health causes teenagers struggling to cope harm.
