Katie is an incredible therapist. Seeing her almost every week for the past 6 months has been so beneficial. And now seeing Molly for med management, it's great. Nice to keep things in the same practice.
Bethany is great! However billing department lags every visit they are charging both of my cards on file and they tell me the charge will fall off, which is incorrect. I’ve had a dispute with my card issue. I have removed my cards off file so I’m able to obtain the career I need without the added stress from the billing department.
I have been extremely happy with SOL mental health! I have been going here for over a year and could not say better things about Maci and all the staff!
It's bringing to yourself to therapy to get the right therapist that best matches you and Sol Mental Health made that process easy and comfortable. Looking through profiles and getting to choose a therapist is helpful. I work well with my therapist and it truly is beneficial to my day to day life and building a stronger foundation of myself. I am so grateful to access to therapy.
The therapy team, particularly my therapist Kathy Pham, is exceptional. In contrast, the billing team has been unsatisfactory. Last year, they overcharged me, and it took an extended period to obtain a refund, which I had to facilitate through my credit card issuer.
