All-around incredibly frustrating experience with SOL Mental Health. The intake paperwork distributed was repetitive and appeared to be incorrect (asking questions suited for a clinician, not a potential patient), and I spent over 40 minutes on hold waiting for an 11am appointment to start despite being instructed to be ready 15 minutes early.
