Raul was responsive and knowledgeable. Sol’s reputation preceded them as once we engaged them, the issue we were having with an intransigent owner magically disappeared! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
John came by to perform mold and air quality testing. He was prompt, courteous, informative and thoughtful.
I left a sample for asbestos testing over there before Christmas and since then I'm trying to get ahold of them... They don't answer or call back! My customer is upset and now angry at me because it seems like I'm telling stories (the dog ate my homework) and she doesn't really understand how can it be that I can't even get a respond from the place I trusted to leave the sample we wanted to get tested for asbestos!!!
