We had Pacos cater our daughters graduation party at a location in Mt. Zion. They were phenomenal. Everyone raved about the food. They were prompt, kept food filled and hot and did ALL of the work. I didn't have to do anything. I would definitely use them again.
Make sure you order extra corn muffins because they are soo good and the two you get with your meal are not enough.
Stopped in for lunch with a friend on Saturday - first time. Had superb guacamole and salsa, both of which seemed freshly made from scratch. Ordered a margarita and Matthew, the server, suggested the blood orange margarita, which ended up being really yummy. Matthew also suggested a great lunch entree of shrimp tacos, which were just perfect for a light, but flavorful lunch. Thanks, Matthew ! The guy knows his stuff.
