Place is Peaceful and quiet, but the BIG problem is during summer season, the AC unit in apartment isn't cooling well. there's NO AC in bedrooms. too HOT during this season inside the apartment.

I just recently moved into Sol at Aurora a few days ago. I went from living into a home after 25 plus years to downsizing to an apartment. I am so happy that I chose a Deveraux property. The office staff especially Lauren was amazing. Nelson took me through my walk thru and the guy was great. Explained everything made notes of what I wasn't happy with.
