Really nice remodel. Francesca is the best. Affordable and cleen. Great spot.
Laundry facilities break down a lot. Floods when it rains pretty bad. Not enough parking for get togethers, assigned parking without enough guest spots. Hot water is shared and can run out. A/C won't go low enough, locked to 72. Neighbors are friendly, but cops come through a lot.
Lived here since May. Love it here. I feel so at home. Neighbors are nice management is awesome.
