No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer very important and if anything goes wrong he will make make every effort to correct the situation. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Dr. Sokolowski is excellent and am feeling relief I haven't felt in at least 7 years. I had visited another chiropractor before and it was a terrible experience, so I was hesitant but desperate for someone to help. I had heard Dr. Sokolowski was good so I gave it a shot and very glad I did. He is top notch.

Dr. Mark is the best. Our family has been going to him for years and we feel so much better after our adjustments! Dr. Mark really knows his stuff and is amazing!
