I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.... read more
It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was a little disappointed with their prices. Especially being on a fixed income. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
