Very disappointed that a $80 store credit was not honoured as it expired in December 2025. I visited the Karrinyup store every now and then but there was never anything I wanted or needed to spend the money on. I thought my credit voucher expired in February 2026. I recently purchased a pizza oven from the Myaree store and was hoping to use the credit voucher but I was told once expired the computer would not accept it. Bad quality of product and overpriced. Also poor customer service. Go Kmart of IKEA instead don’t waste ur time to shop there.
I had a very difficult under sink space I needed to find a bin for and Tejal was incredibly helpful - tape measure in hand she looked at all the options until we found the perfect solution. I thought I was going to have to settle for something smaller but with her help we were able to maximize the space so I’m very happy. The bin was in stock and ready to go and it’s very good quality - highly recommend this store.
