Such a great experience with Allen Dental Center. I am not the best patient nor am I fond of visiting the dentist but I am glad that I have a dentist that I can trust and that really does care about me as a patient and providing the best service possible. I feel confident that my dental needs are and will always be addressed at the highest level of care and experience.
The hygienist who cleaned my teeth went the extra mile to clean between my teeth really well. Beth in the office did an excellent job helping me with my sleep apnea issue. The Dentist was also very hepful with this issue along with checking my teeth. From the time you walk into the time you walk out you are treated like you are their #1 priority!

Prompt, friendly, well informed staff. My hygienist had reviewed my file several days prior to my appointment.
Nancy always does a great job even when she has bad news to tell me. I trust her judgement any time she says I need something extra. The office staff was very nice and efficient. They explained my insurance and what I might have to pay above what the insurance might pay.
As always, I received excellent, timely service. I was seen for an infection that will require a root canal. Prescription was given and procedure has been set. I am confident that the problem will be resolved.
The Allen Dental Center office respects their patients time. They are always on-time. Over the years, I've gotten used to waiting, for long periods of time, in 'waiting' rooms at doctors offices, feeling lucky if they were just 30 minutes behind schedule. At the Allen Dental Center, they are always prompt, professional, and friendly.
