After moving here we spent three years looking for a good family dentist and found them at the Allen Dental Center. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental techs and doctors are outstanding. They have responded to our weekend dental emergencies and have not hurt the family member who has TMJ...unlike a previous dentist. They listen and don't blow you off...unlike a previous dentist. They are great...all of them.
The dental hygienist was wonderful. She was very nice and helpful. The office staff was very friendly.
I just wanted to acknowledge the great care that I always receive at your office. I especially want to point out Kendra who always makes me feel like she has the health of my teeth and gums as her highest priority! Thank you all very much!!

My visit was very good. I only waited 2 minutes before I was taken to a dental chair. The Dental technician was very friendly and quickly took an X ray. I then waited about 15 minutes, but that was understanable since I was early for my appointmnet so I watched the birds through the window which was entertaining. When the Dentist came it only took a few minutes to discuss my problem and the problem was quickly resolved. Nice visit.
My children were seen at Allen Dental Center today for new patient visits and cleanings. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Brittany (hygenist) was very reassuring to my hesitant child. Nancy (hygenist) was great with my confident child as well! Both were very diligent in reminding/showing my children the proper way to brush, etc. They suggested the typical additional treatments (flouride, sealants), but I did not feel pressured to include them at this visit. Everyone from the office staff, the dental asst., and Dr. Jeff were very professional. My dental process went very well.
Jeff and Steve and their staff have always gone out of their way to make our visit and treatment as painless and effective as possible. We love them and they seem to care equally for us. They will treat you with the greatest respect and care.
