DONT TAKE YOU CAR TO SOJO SPA OR ELSE IT WILL BE DAMAGED!!!!!!! Such a shame that a great spa experience is ruined by poor management and valet. I have been here before and decided to taken a whole bridal party here to relax before the brides big day on April 5, 2018. We enjoyed the spa, however, you have to valet your car. I left my cell phone in the locker room after I had checked out. I was still in the lobby. They would not let me go back in to get it. They instructed me to go to a website for an outside contractor who handles their lost & found items. This vendor doesn’t just deal with the spa. It handles lost & found for a lot of hotels, etc. So I can’t even call the front desk to see if it’s found. So ridiculous. I’m very angry and believe me, I’m going to pass along this bad review to everyone I know.
This place was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed the whole day and it was relaxing. I would definitely go back.

I went for my friends birthday. It was so relaxing and a wonderful experience. Infinity pool, especially at night, had a spectacular view of NYC. I didn’t get a chance to do a massage, but I know I will be going back and make a reservation. Highly recommend to anyone.
Went last night for my birthday and loved it! Such a fun, relaxing, and posh spa. The infinity pool at night is breathtaking. Definitely will return for more pampering.
I stayed overnight and for the price that I paid it is not Worth it !!! Would not even go for the day !!!!
This could have been a wonderful place. The place is overviewing the river and Manhattan view. However, what I feel offended is the bag check and shoe check area. At the bag check area, your bag is scrutinized to rid of any drink or food items. Each pocket is searched that any drink or item would be withheld or discarded., more serious than a airport security check. I came here with my fiancé . he treated me to this beautiful and clean spa. i love it and i will be going back . the pools r so big and the pool on the seventh floor is beautiful ....
