Cassandra is just the best! The perfect kind hearted and compassionate flower artisan that we picture in our minds eye when we think of the beauty, honor and pagentry of master floral displays.
They made me a great arrangement for a very special girl last minute when i came in from out of town.
I needed to remotely arrange a delivery on short notice. Phone service was excellent and efficient. Unfortunately, I gave the wrong delivery location(it wad a workplace)! But while I was frantically texting to try and correct my mistake, the delivery driver managed to figure everything out and get my order to the correct place on their own and texted me to let me know the situation. Thanks so much for accommodating!
Terrible experience. I ordered flowers for a meaningful occasion, and what was delivered was nothing like what I requested. The bouquet looked rushed and poorly put together, with drooping flowers and missing items. It was embarrassing to give, and definitely not worth the money. I tried contacting the florist, but the customer service was unresponsive and offered no solution. This was a special moment ruined by careless service.
