I needed to remotely arrange a delivery on short notice. Phone service was excellent and efficient. Unfortunately, I gave the wrong delivery location(it wad a workplace)! But while I was frantically texting to try and correct my mistake, the delivery driver managed to figure everything out and get my order to the correct place on their own and texted me to let me know the situation. Thanks so much for accommodating!
Terrible experience. I ordered flowers for a meaningful occasion, and what was delivered was nothing like what I requested. The bouquet looked rushed and poorly put together, with drooping flowers and missing items. It was embarrassing to give, and definitely not worth the money. I tried contacting the florist, but the customer service was unresponsive and offered no solution. This was a special moment ruined by careless service. If you’ve ever wanted to spend your hard-earned money on wilted weeds arranged by someone with a blindfold and a grudge, congratulations — you’ve found your florist. The bouquets look like they lost a fight with a lawnmower, and the prices must include a hidden fee for emotional damage. But wait, it gets better! Not only is the quality dead on arrival, but so is their sense of decency.
