Poor communication.
I ordered an arrangement of flowers to be delivered and they never showed up to the intended recipient. I called and left a message that was not returned. I then sent an email that was not answered. Just a very sorry business practice all-around. They get two stars because I randomly received a refund a few weeks later. But still no communication from them at all. Cassandra is just the best! The perfect kind hearted and compassionate flower artisan that we picture in our minds eye when we think of the beauty, honor and pagentry of master floral displays.
They made me a great arrangement for a very special girl last minute when i came in from out of town.
I needed to remotely arrange a delivery on short notice. Phone service was excellent and efficient. Unfortunately, I gave the wrong delivery location(it wad a workplace)! But while I was frantically texting to try and correct my mistake, the delivery driver managed to figure everything out and get my order to the correct place on their own and texted me to let me know the situation. Thanks so much for accommodating!
