literally ZERO customer service or personality. I was barely greeted when I walked in. the check in process was a tablet so I never had to tell her what I wanted. she didn’t speak or interact during the service , just kept tapping my face when she wanted me to held my eyelid or she kept moving my head to her liking. never in life have i had someone to thread in SLOW MOTION. threading is already uncomfortable at baseline , but her threading in SLOW MOTION was TERRIBLE. and my eyebrows don’t even look like i just got them done... read more
Wishing I could give zero stars. I should, considering I never even received a service. I waited over 20 minutes just to get my eyebrows done while only one staff member was working on a peak weekend. The customer ahead of me was getting a full facial waxing, and there was no backup or additional staff to handle the demand. While I understand appointments can take time, having just one person working during a busy period is completely unacceptable and shows poor management and scheduling. Lady literally burped and coughed in my face while doing my eyebrows. Disgusting
I have been going to thos place for years and the service is always good. Of you need a good Brazilian Wax, Kopila is your girl. Quick, painless and great customer service. I pray she never leaves this location and shop. Thanks as always Hun.
