I’ve been coming here since I moved to Arlington and this has always been my go to place. They change ladies often but no problems… until today. Went in for my regular routine and a new lady is there or at least not someone that usually does my service but I think nothing of it and let her do her thing. This lady puts all her weight on your face while doing your brows/etc!! She’s so rough!! Like to the point that she grabbed a the corner of my lip! Wow! I had an amazing experience. I got my eyebrows threaded. I recommend this place. The environment and Employee “Kopila” made me feel comfortable. Very friendly. Go see Kopila on Saturdays!! She’s very talented and great at what she does.

I've been coming here for Brazilian waxes for a while now-about four times-and was really excited to have finally found a good spot near me. However, my last experience was disappointing. Last month, I came in for a Brazilian wax, and the experience felt awkward. The esthetician was very silent and didn't try to make conversation, which made things uncomfortable.
