Wishing I could give zero stars. I should, considering I never even received a service. I waited over 20 minutes just to get my eyebrows done while only one staff member was working on a peak weekend. The customer ahead of me was getting a full facial waxing, and there was no backup or additional staff to handle the demand. While I understand appointments can take time, having just one person working during a busy period is completely unacceptable and shows poor management and scheduling. Lady literally burped and coughed in my face while doing my eyebrows. Disgusting
I have been going to thos place for years and the service is always good. Of you need a good Brazilian Wax, Kopila is your girl. Quick, painless and great customer service. I pray she never leaves this location and shop. Thanks as always Hun.

Looks like I’ve returned to this location after a few years, and I’m so glad I did! Book with Nishat! She has over 19 years of experience and did a phenomenal job my eyebrows came out perfect, exactly how I wanted them. I’ve been living in Arlington all this time and always had to drive way across town just to get my brows done because I’m super picky about who touches them. But I finally found someone I can trust with my brows right here in my area! She’s there Monday through Thursday if you want to book with her.
