This place is absolute trash. I have been a patient here for over four years and suddenly they cannot be reached. They billed me wrong, so I have called countless times and left countless messages. I have emailed and sent messages through their terrible portal. They are ignoring everything. STAY AWAY from these scammers Edit: I don't know how to reply to the "response from the owner." Shame on you SohoMD, this worst medical establishment I’ve ever been associated with. Epically bad. If you value your mental health, go anywhere else!
This is the kind of practice you hope people don't go to as their first experience with therapy or mental health services. The staff is pretty much unreachable and you're lucky if you can get the answering service to reach out on your behalf. You'd think their app/messaging system would make things easy and efficient, but they've claimed to be switching over to a "new system" for months now and use that as an excuse when they take too long to get back to you or fail to altogether. Great doctors. Staff will ignore you no matter what, especially when you need them. My appointment was canceled last minute. In five days of constant calling, emailing, and using the Spruce app no one has gotten back to me. I am unable to get a refill on my medications. I have no idea when the situation will change. Do not use this service, especially if it would be problematic to abruptly be off your meds.
