Drs come and go here like a revolving door. I finally found one that I really liked and now she is gone as well. On top of that,I have had a request sitting with SohoMD for almost two full moths that I have heard NOTHING about . I have followed up no less than four times by phone and through their portal. I have not been helped, and no one has reached out update me on where the request stands. I will be looking for care elsewhere.
Changed the way they billed my insurance and then 6 months later I was hit with a $500 “pay due” bill because they started charging me for specialist appointments which were $50 more per appointment. They cancelled my future appointments during a particularly tough time. This was the last straw after issue after issue after issue with their systems and their staff and their billing.
