RecommendedBrandi and Sarah are prompt and friendly, and very informative! They both go above and beyond to help you w/any concerns you may have. They are very patient and quick to respond to emails/texts. The opportunity to move fell thru, but if the opportunity came to move to Charlotte again, I'd call SoHo on Central first!!! Thank you Sarah and Brandi!!!
The staff are wonderful! Extremely friendly and empathetic to resolving resident complaints. They make the area feel like a community.
5 Stars ⭐️! I have had a great experience at Soho. I moved in Aug. 1st and so far anything I have needed has been taken care of. The Soho team in the office has been great! I have recommended this place to several people because it’s clean, easy, in a very convenient area, dog friendly,and priced well. The new renovations are awesome and my neighbors are great as well!
I have enjoyed living at SoHo so far! Everyone is super friendly , the leasing staff , maintenance and residents ! The studio apartment is newly renovated and is absolutely beautiful! The community grounds are very well kept. The location is very convenient to everything in Charlotte. SoHo has been a Great place to call home :D
