Absolute worst experience of my entire life. Not only was Nicki, the "nail technician," extremely rude, but her work is horrendous. It has been less than 24 hours and I have to go ANOTHER SALON to fix her sloppy work. My nails are uneven, I am still covered in purple paint, two of my nails have dents in them, and another one is already starting to lift. This place has went down since the previous owners were here. The new nail techs and owners are horrible-no where better than Lucy & Ivy.. They were so fast doing my nail and it was chipped 3 days later. I also noticed their PRICES has gone UP-VERY EXPENSIVE, but the services are LOUSY. Don't waste your money there.

It is very expensive to go to SOHO to get your nails done now days. It went up $3-$10 at least and the nail techs don't care who you are, ONLY your money. I don't mind to pay extra money for my mani & pedi, but I don't think this place is any better or even worsen (my opion) than it used to be. If I have to pay that much, I better look some else like Venus or Modern Nails for my nail services. Those places are much cleaner and their chairs are amazing. Why pay $25 pedi for a 15 min half- fast service?

very fast service and sloppy nail job. Both corners of my toes nail were not polished. They thought I was 10 years old. Never go back again.

I went to get a pedicure and the atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. The workers were all nice and friendly and I would definitely go again.

I was in a bind and needed a brown wax. They were open late New Years Eve when other places were closed. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and the staff was so friendly. As well, she did an excellent wax job. I'll be going there again.
