Update: they haven’t been doing so well. Lots of rushing. And bad French tips shellac and messy shellac pedicure. Charged me and didn’t offer to fix it. Sad I used to love this place, been coming for a long time. They don’t offer water anymore.
4.7 stars is a complete joke! I’ve been going to this nail store for ages, but on a disastrous day, I brought my friend along for some girls’ time, thinking we’d get our nails and wax done. The woman who did my nails was absolutely appalling in customer service: Why would you argue with a paying customer? My manicure was a total rip-off; it was nowhere near what I expected. Decent pedicure for an Ironman if you don’t have thick callouses under your foot pads for $37. When they finished I inspected the soles and found the main reason I came was not fulfilled under the left foot. They refused to remove the thick callus under my left foot. So as I sat in the recliner I personally brandished their callus removal file and started filing away the dead skin callouses on the bottom of my left foot for a half hour. If you ever had a doubt that the techs are talking about you - This is the place to avoid. Don’t recommend! Guy at front desk is very sweet but the nail techs ruined the experience.
