Great amenities, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Let too much light in the bedrooms, floors are extremely cold and don’t feel insulated, heating capacity feels week and noisy
Staff are great. Leasing office and management are not. Parking is atrocious since implementing new system.
Although I don’t stay here, I did a Instacart and the front desk. David was so kind and helpful he seen I was overwhelmed and immediately helped me out beautiful well Kept building.
We lived here for 3 years. In terms of style and layout it was our favorite of the newer JC buildings, but living here was frustrating, aggravating, and expensive. The narrow streets and heavy traffic all around the building, esp if you face 495, mean crazy non-stop noise. We moved to Soho Lofts two weeks ago, and so far everything has been impeccable! From the very beginning of the lease with Ashley to the concierge and maintenance teams. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly by the maintenance team. We received great support from Dwight - in addition to being fast, he is very professional and kind.
