Disappointed that the 3 shuttles running every 10 mins has been reduced to just 1 shuttle running every 30 mins. It already did not run through midday or weekends and I was actually expecting MORE shuttles to be added. The shuttle was the only reason it made sense to live this far from the station at these rents. The staff have been great so far but things are not heading in a good direction with the new management. We have lived in the building for two years and have had persistent issues over our time here. The staff (lobby, maintenance) are amazing but the management team (including the new change to RHO) are useless. Recently, they cut our three-shuttle service (covered in the hefty amenity fee) to one. The gym has old equipment and lacks consistent aircon. We chose Soho Lofts largely because of its convenient shuttle service to the PATH station. It was one of the biggest reasons we signed our lease. Unfortunately, after the new management took over, that amenity has been significantly downgraded. The attached photos speak for themselves. The previous schedule had three shuttle buses running about every 10 minutes during peak hours. The new schedule is one shuttle every 30 minutes.
