I rated this spa as ‘good’ because during my time of client services from 2024 until now, they are clean and possess proficient machines. However, my only gripe would be the system of booking…it can be quite difficult to get ahold of someone sometimes or to book an appointment seeing that there is no calendar to view. They have a great foundation but would excel with attention to the client user interface.
Had an amazing Hydrafacial with Nav at SOHO Laser House! She was so nice, gentle, and professional throughout the treatment. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. Highly recommend Nav for anyone looking for excellent skincare services. Thank you, Nav!
Today I visited this place for my acne treatment and whole experience was outstanding. Nav was so incredibly helpful and provided great skincare advice.
