Have eaten there and used takeout many times but tonight was terrible. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and combination veggies. Chicken was mostly breading and very greasy like it was cooked, sat and then warmed up. Combo veggies had a vinegar taste to them and sauce very runny. Very disappointed tonight. All new faces working when I went in so not sure if same cook they always have.
Food is good, but this is the 4th times I’ve been delivered an incomplete order... don’t recommend the delivery. This place has gone down hill quick!
It’s nice that they have delivery but I was disappointed with my Chinese food both times I tried their food. Their Thai Teas and sushi are good.
This place was super yummy! I went during lunch and received excellent service and great reccommendations from the lady behind the bar. I'm not sure what her name was, but she was hilarious. I will definitely come back. Thanks for the great experience.
Normally soho is my go to place cause its with in walking distance from my house. Have eaten here many times and always enjoyed it. Tonight was a total shocker. Ordered a miso soup and it was luke warm. A volcano roll which was very salty. And a spicey salmon roll.. wont be coming back. Its slowly been going down hill and this solidified it.
Used to be obsessed with Soho but I’m beyond angry right now. I ordered at 5:57PM, estimated delivery time was 6:41PM. My husband called at 7:23PM asking for an update. The man at the restaurant said the driver will head to post right away and will be there in 15 minutes. It is now 8:04PM and my food is STILL not here. It’s going to be cold, and I gave him a very generous tip, now I wish I would have just tipped in cash because it definitely would not be over $10. Where is my food?!
Worst restaurant i have ever encountered!!! First, was told the delivery wait would be 45-60 mins, we waited 2 hours and 12 mins. Our friends order was wrong, then forgot one of the meals, and our order we waited another 30 mins because we had no choice they refused to refund us! As well as my account being over charged by $11.32. I was hung up on twice and then blocked, so i went to the restaurant and was told i would not be refunded nor be given what we originally ordered and never got! I really like it. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the $10 delivery fee.
Sushi place- that delivers... and its delicious!! Definitely will be ordering often..
