We ordered through door dash and got approx $57 worth of food. We started to eat and we put everything on our plate and was about to pour out the egg drop soup and we stirred it up and saw what we thought was a fruit fly... nope it was a roach. So we threw away our food and had nothing for lunch instead.
My roll was excellent and delivery was fast but I was really disappointed in the serving size, especially considering the price. It was really tiny. You can get twice as much for half the cost else where.
Just ordered from SoHo for the first time. I can promise I never will again. *Update: my stomach feels sick and I have a headache. I’ve had food poisoning before and this is a mild form of it* The food: I ordered 3 “dragon eggs”, 1 spicy tuna roll, and the teriyaki chicken (the one on a stick). I ordered from there and I have not received my order . My order was placed around 9:40pm . As you look in the picture , the times circled in red .
we've been eating here for years and last night i ordered take out and i got food poisoning! I knew something wasn't right this time while I was eating my food. I've literally been throwing up chicken teriyaki all day. Never again will I or my family eat here. I'm so hurt by this place!

Food was extremely disappointing. The service was subpar. Which is quite unfortunate, we really enjoyed this place but the inconsistency in the quality of food is absolutely ridiculous. At this point I don’t see us coming back.

Recommendedwe were there in rush hour when a minor storm hit but service was still good. they apologize for the wait and the food came out tasteful with good presentation not looking rushed. so highly recommended
