My car was damaged by the valet last week- neither soho house or the valet will give the courtesy of a call back after several calls. This lack of service and accountability is very unfortunate.
The valet situation is ridiculous. Today I waited 45 minutes for my car to arrive. A ton of frustrated customers up front. Nobody had any answers. Extremely disappointed.
October 18, 5:40 PM and we’ve been waiting over one hour for the valet to bring our car. What a disaster we aren’t the only ones, management needs to read this and find a new valet company - they need to get organized because it’s not even peak season.
