This building is a joke and I highly recommend you don’t live here. Management charges too much money for barely anything given. Maintenance calls are not taken seriously and take much to long to get resolved. Beware of this place. If I could leave zero stars I would.
I just want to thank the amazing management staff here at this building. They have helped me out in so many different ways with my whole moving process, and any issue I had, they came and helped to fix it right away. I few months ago I moved from Vancouver with my husband and needed an affordable, decent sized space for two young professionals with cats. Autumn (one of two property managers) gave me a tour of 3 units, and when I expressed that I had to turn around to head back to B.C. fast, Natalie (the other property manager) literally stayed up until 10 pm working on the lease agreement for me. Amazing management. This is a big building, and Avenue Living has many more in and around the city. It's hard for so few staff to make the rounds, but they eventually make it and it's always with a smile and with efficiency. Natalie is especially excellent! Always in contact, always a solution. She can't be everywhere at once, but when she is, things get done! Patience is a virtue. Be patient. If she is with your building, she will help asap!! Thanks guys!
