Soho has an apt excellent manager Felicia Islas. she helps the tenants with all kinds of problems soho is great place to live. Before she got here it was crazy. No parking garge lights. Water would turn off and tell nobody. Property was very dirty, no garbage pick up. Packages were stolen. Drug dealers were moved in. Shes very knowledgeable at what she does, ive lived here 30+ years, I've never seen a better manager.
Could not tell you enough about my fantastic experience at Soho Apartments management is very courteous and professional. The people who live there are very nice. I put in a work order and it was done the same day. The property really cares about how you feel about living there. alert, do not go looking for a remedy in this condominium, it is the worst thing that has happened to us, we have lived there for a short time and we already want to leave, the neighbor above left his water open and my apartment downstairs flooded and I have been there for 7 days and the apartment is still the same and they do not give me any answers, I have nowhere to live and I have just had surgery and have a 6 month old baby, these people are irresponsible and do not care about the well-being of their tenants, apart from... read more
I worked with property manager Felicia and she was a doll. She was so diligent in her work to assist me in getting the apt. I really like the property it's nice, clean and quiet
