Manager very attentive to residents needs. Always helpful and has great suggestions. Service requests are processed smoothly and effectively. Great place to live!
Our apartment, along with management, have not disappointed. Our unit is exactly what we were looking for, along with the type of property management we love. Joslyn was helpful when we were looking for apartments months prior, she was helpful during the process of applying and signing the lease, and she has been awesome when it comes to requests or clarification on matters. Overall, these apartments ate exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for.
Dishonest property manager, very rude, and never answers the phone. This is an old apartment where nothing works. The gate is always broken, so it’s not safe, and sometimes the property is completely dark you can’t even see anything. There are homeless people inside the property, because the door is wide open, so anybody can get inside. the whole place smells very bad and is very dirty. Don’t be fooled by fake reviews Those are not resident.
