Dishonest property manager, very rude, and never answers the phone. This is an old apartment where nothing works. The gate is always broken, so it’s not safe, and sometimes the property is completely dark you can’t even see anything. There are homeless people inside the property, because the door is wide open, so anybody can get inside. the whole place smells very bad and is very dirty. Don’t be fooled by fake reviews Those are not resident.
I’ve recently had the pleasure of becoming a new resident of Soho apartments. Management has been very professional and responsive. Soho is conveniently located for all of your needs (grocery, retail, & gym within 5 -10 mins). I would highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable quiet place of residence!
Had the pleasure of servicing this property and each time I am scheduled to visit Joslyn is always very attentive, organized, and prompt. Hands down best manager for this location.
Soho has an apt excellent manager Felicia Islas. she helps the tenants with all kinds of problems soho is great place to live. Before she got here it was crazy. No parking garge lights. Water would turn off and tell nobody. Property was very dirty, no garbage pick up. Packages were stolen. Drug dealers were moved in. Shes very knowledgeable at what she does, ive lived here 30+ years, I've never seen a better manager.
