Tried to call in pick up order. phone gave message, it was unble to accept calls at this time. Placed order on grub hub. When arrived at soho, they said they didnt have our order. very disappointed in their service

This is very much grub hubs error not ours. They confirmed to you confirmation without first receiving it from us. Our phones were in fact down due to our changing over from one company to another. So, should you desire to place blame on someone’s service, feel free to call grub hub or htc.
