Dr Pakzad always takes great care of me. I’ve had squamous in the past, so he gets me in immediately if I have a concerning spot. His assistants are pleasant and professional.
Very through eye exam. Feedback was explained and advise was given to address issues. She is such a nice relatable person.She has been my doctor for over 20 years.
She answered all my questions including suggesting tips on putting drops in eyes, also kept me posted on eye pressure and long term outlook
I met with Dr. Sinclair today for the first time. She did the follow-up exam on my cataract surgery that I had yesterday. She was very pleasant and informative. She answered all my questions that I was concerned about. She reassured me that my surgery went well and that I would be pleased with the outcome once my eye heals. I plan to state seeing her as my eye doctor in the future.
Appointments run consistently behind. Month and year after year she and her staff make the same excuses for long appointment delays which is very disrespectful to the patient
